All our teams at Donegal Celtic are given the best coaching and factilies / equipment.  Our senior mens team are now enjoying their first season in the IRISH LEAGUE and are doing very well as they are top of the league

• The coach shall not descriminate towards individuals colour, religious belief, gender, age, sex or ability.
• The coach shall not abuse the child mentally: shout loud at the child / group...... single out for constant attention, good or bad..... ask the child not to do something not expected of them ...... call them nicknames...... embarrase them.
• The coach shall not abuse the child physically: push or shove the child...... demand over physical training from your players..... approach or condust in an over caring manner...... ask the child to play at a level beyond him/her
• The coach should arrive on time for all sessions and games, and should be dressed and prepared appropraitely for each occaision
• The coach should always insure that the facilities are safe and the equipment is adequate and safe.
• The coach just ensure that all training activities are football / sport related and aid development
• The coach must carry an accident report form at all times or know where to obtain one at short notice
